What data we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form, we process the data you enter: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred dates of stay, number of guests and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a possible stay. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR).

Data retention

We keep enquiries for no longer than 12 months from receipt, unless they result in a booking — in that case we keep the data in accordance with the regulations applicable to accommodation providers.

Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The data is stored with the website’s hosting provider in the European Union.

Cookies and external content

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server. The embedded map is loaded by OpenStreetMap, which may process your IP address in doing so. The operator’s login area uses a strictly necessary session cookie.
